Our men in uniform
While this is not a complete list, these men also
represent those serving but who, for various reasons, are not listed.
News from the front
If you know someone who is deployed or has a family member deployed, consider preparing and sending a care package.  These men and women need to know they are being remembered and prayed for back home.  If you don't have their FPO/APO address, give the items to a family member (along with funds for postage) and they will forward them.  Your gift is vital to the morale of both those serving and those waiting at home.
Most importantly, pray for these service personnel daily and remember to pray for their families too.  These are very difficult and frightening times and the families need God's grace and strength as much as those serving.
A suggested list of care package items
These Men and Women are connected with our church, members, friends and family and are either deployed or deployement is pending.  Details will be available as I have them.

While we would like to provide mailing addresses here for you to send encouraging letters to our service personnel, there are some nefarious individuals who would use this and other information for their own selfish and evil purposes, even during these times.  Therefore we suggest you contact the families of service personnel for them to forward letters under cover, and use
"Operation Dear Abby" to send e-mail through the Department of Defense to the thousands of service men and women deployed.  Each one will be forwarded so that all personnel receive letters, and you may even get a response!
