Up In The Air For Kids Ocala!

Sunday, November 2 - I was able to go up in the air at 2:45 pm. This was because I lost the key to the lock that was securing my ladder. The first night was fine. Little noisy but was able to go to sleep at midnihght. WCJB came and interviewed me.

Monday, November 3 - Woke up at 7:00 am and began to make improvements on my shelter. Added supports to the ceiling tarp. Was just in time - it rained hard for about 20 minutes - Priase God, the roof didn't leak. Had roast duck for lunch. Ummm Good! Spent rest of day waving to people and counting money from the offering that the children raised in church. Went to bed at midnight. Fox 35 (51) came and interviewed me today.

Tuesday ,November 4 - It rained again last night.Thank the Lord, the roof over the tent platform held. Spent most of the morning working on the wireless internet connection. Got the system up and running around 11:00 am. Had biscuits and gravey for breakfast. Many visitors today. So far around 700 dollars has been counted with more to count.planning on going online tonight to answer my emails. Had an awesome dinner tonight - a one inch thick premium pork chop from the Nancy Lopez Legacy Resturant. Thats all for now.

Wednesday, November 5 - Very noisy last night, didn't get much sleep. Today I began calling friends and business' about helping me reach my goal. Its been tough going. Will try and raise $1000 today. French Toast and bacon for breakfast, pasta for lunch and lobster ravioli for dinner.

Thursday, November 6 - Due to the overabundance of the excellent food that I have been supplied with I ate a light breakfast of melon and coffee. For lunch I had lobster ravioli. Spent most of the morning on the phone and internet. Spoke to another children's pastor who is up in the air in Dallas, Texas. It was 40 where he is (82 here in Ocala). Ne pledged $50 to me... THANKS. Peolpe have been coming by to chat and make donations. Thank you. The weather is sunny and humid. Watched Iron will video this afternoon. Please pray that the Lord helps me to reach my goal of $20,000 for kids around the world....

Friday, November 7: Today has seemed to be the longest day of all. Lots of time to think and pray. Was able to spend some grate (sic ) time in God's Word. I have began to dismantle my up in the air accomadations. (sic ) All my supporters and sponsors have been great. By the end of today we were at close to $6,600. I hope to reach $7,000 by the time I come down. Grilled Meatloaf and Stuffed Chicken were the entrees of the day. Weather has been great. That's all for now...

Saturday, November 8 - This is my last full day to be up in the Air. The food and accomadations have been awesome. Very foggy out there this morning. Around 10 am the fog burned off and it turned out to be a wonderful fall day here in Ocala - mid 80's. WE are at almost $7,000 in monies raised. Because of the gracious support, many children around the world will hear the good news about Jesus. Many visitors this week. The police cheif here in Ocala waved to me every day. Tonight I plan to watch the Lunar eclipse. I am in the process of dismantling my facilities. Going to disconnect the wireless internet after finish this entry.
