...a place to pause...and consider

In the artist's own words:

"I didn't make the connection until we moved here.

The 1st years after college seemed like a vacation while we lived on Pebble Beach Dr.

But war broke out in the house on Berdan (burden) Ct.  It was a war that we lost along with almost everything else except each other.  It is important to note, though, that our greatest blessing to date, Audrey Danielle, came home to Berdan Ct.

Our time on Windy Way was tempestuous, an endless storm.  But even there, while the Lord blew away our most treasured chaff, He moved us toward safe harbor...

Then, He moved us to Selah St....to pause and consider what has passed.  As we looked over our shoulder... His fingerprints marked the landscape."

Dan now has 4 songs available for download at Download.com.  Two songs are from the "Selah St" project,

"Butterfly in a Hurricane," "Coming home after hurricane Floyd passed, our daughter Dani yelled out, "Look! It's my favorite kind of butterfly!" I caught a bright flash of orange and yellow among the molting September trees and thought, "Where does a butterfly go in a storm?"

"Resurgence," a flow of two pieces. "Trees of Winter" is a consideration of hope regardless of appearences, and "Rise" is a dance in celebration of new life and the Spirit that brings it. The entire cut opens the "Selah St." project.

"You Alone," is a new song of worship, choosing to praise with a steadfast heart.

"Audrey Danielle," a love song written in 1991 at the birth of daughter, Dani.
